I hold the right to refuse any commission I am not comfortable with, for any reason.
Do not resell my art as or use as NFT.
Do not resell my artwork without the sale of the full character associated.
Do not use commercially (For sale on merch, etc.) without proper payment. You can come back to pay the commercial fee at whatever the fee was upon your initial purchase. (05/2023 - 45$ USD | No current changes.)
Modifying purchased art is fine (i.e. adding a new detail), but tracing/resale is not (Full character revamp, etc.)
If you want to trace my art, please ask, but I dont mind if it's not for profit! (Note I still have plenty of anatomy errors in my own work. You will be learning my mistakes.)
Refusal to pay results in permanent blacklisting. The unpaid art will be resold as a YCH, otherwise reused, or scrapped.
Chargebacks on finished work result in public, permanent blacklisting.
I will NEVER draw minors (>18), minor-presenting, or feral/quadrupedal characters in a NSFW fashion. I will not draw any zoophilic or pedophilic art for ANY reason. You will be blacklisted publicly.
Changes after the colors/shading is sent may be subject to extra fees.
After 5 edits to the sketch, (that are otherwise not displayed on the ref provided) it will cost an additional 5$ per change
Refunds may be provided, but only partially if work has already begun on the piece. Please do not commission me if you plan to refund at partial-completion.
