I hold the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Do not resell my art as or use as NFT.

Do not use my art to train AI. Please don't put my art through AI in any manner.

Do not resell my artwork without the sale of the full character associated.

Do not use my art commercially (For sale on merch, etc.) without proper payment. You can come back to discuss & pay the commercial fee anytime.
--> Customs and redesigns can be used commercially upon purchase, but the artwork I initially make of them cannot be used commercially w/o a paid commercial fee.

Customs, adopts and redesigns can be used how you want, just don't involve me.

Modifying purchased art is fine (i.e. adding a new detail, scars, or minor add-ons), but tracing/copying/resale is not. (If this is something you want, feel free to come to me to ask for the PSD if I still have it!)

Refusal to pay results in permanent blacklisting. The unpaid art will be resold as a YCH, otherwise reused, or scrapped.

Chargebacks on finished work result in public, permanent blacklisting.

I will NEVER draw minors (>18), minor-presenting, or feral/quadrupedal characters in a NSFW fashion. I will not draw any zoophilic or pedophilic-supporting art for ANY reason. You will be blacklisted.

Changes after the flat colors/shaded final is sent may be subject to extra fees.

After 3 edits to the sketch or lineart, (that are otherwise not displayed on the provided ref) it will cost an additional 5$ per change

Refunds may be provided, but only partially if work has already begun on the piece. Please do not commission me if you plan to refund at partial-completion.

You may repost your commission for personal use with credit.
